TRAUMA
A huge thank you to everyone!
On 23–24 October 2026, TRAUMA took its patients deep into a secret ward of an old hospital – and every reception time sold out. Thank you to everyone brave enough to come in for treatment. And thank you to the whole hospital staff: there were 46 fearless people behind the event, and together they made those nights unforgettable.

TRAUMA was an immersive hospital horror experience in Meilahti’s old hospital. Patients moved through the corridors of a secret ward in groups of five during a roughly 45-minute treatment – surrounded by actors, and closer to medical procedures than they ever expected. The show lived in the moment, and no two rounds were ever the same.
The day shift kept everyone on edge, the night shift was made for true hardcore horror fans, and VIP patients got a room where the staff focused on them alone.

After Dark Helsinki
After Dark Helsinki has been creating immersive horror since 2015: from an abandoned hotel in Vuosaari to a hospital’s locked ward, from cult rituals to motel rooms. Every production has shared the same principle — the audience doesn’t sit in the stands, they become part of the show.
Pakomielle
PakoMielle has been building escape rooms for those who dare to throw themselves in for over three years. Kidnapping-themed games are brought to life by live actors, and the most thrilling escape route takes you rappelling down from a balcony on ropes.
