A gem almost the size of a fist was long nothing more than a legend – until the feared crime boss X caught wind of where the 3118-carat treasure might be. Now X has assembled the most skilled criminals of the century – you – to steal the diamond. The job has to succeed, because nobody wants to face X’s fury.
According to X’s sources, the gem belongs to the filthy-rich Varjo family, a pharmaceutical giant, and is hidden behind tight security. Now is a one-off opportunity: only the family’s daughter is in town at the moment, and rumour has it the rich heiress’s head is full of rosy wedding fever.

Players
The Rich and the Criminals takes a maximum of 8 players per game. If you and your group are passionate escape gamers, the ideal team size is 4-6 people. Bigger groups are better suited to our other games, where we can run several games at the same time. If you don’t have a gang of escape room addicts yet, you can also jump into one of our open group games.
Content warning
We’re not a traditional escape room – our games are a mix of theatre, adventure and puzzles. That’s why they suit people who love to throw themselves in and want to crack more than just locks and number codes.
The game includes situations where a hostage is put under serious pressure, so it’s best suited to groups of friends and colleagues who are happy to throw themselves boldly into the villain’s role. Due to the game’s themes, we recommend it for ages 18 and over. Our games use a safe word, so you can let us know if something gets too intense. If you’re booking this game for your family, think twice about whether you really want to reveal your inner villain to them.

Game area
We haven’t just built you a single room – the stage for the game is an abandoned hospital spanning tens of thousands of square metres, or the whole of Helsinki. The eerie surroundings and the actors lurking in them have made almost every one of our groups scream.
Premium games take you to places like a restaurant and an abandoned hospital. In the Classic games, the whole game takes place on the hospital grounds. You can also book this game at your own venue – say, as entertainment for a birthday or a recreation day.
Actors
It’s the actors who make our games feel so real.
They’re everywhere: on the phone, at the other end of messages, on video and, of course, in person – and depending on the game, they’re on your side… or against you.
In this game you'll meet characters who all have secrets of their own.
Ropes
Fancy feeling the thrill of more than just the finale?
In all our Premium games you get to descend by rope from a balcony of the abandoned hospital.
You can also add the same experience to Classic games when you book. If a nine-metre descent feels too wild, not everyone in the group has to do it.
Story
The story begins the moment you step inside, and you can get into your role as little or as much as you like.
Every puzzle moves the story forward, and not a single detail or lock is disconnected from it. Best of all, the game feels like stepping into the middle of a film whose plot you can change.

Number codes don’t take centre stage in our games, so you get to use every kind of smarts you’ve got.
Our puzzles draw on different senses, so you can use your whole body to crack the clues – from your ears to your fingertips.
